I went to the 2nd round of the JCW Sprint race today in abingdon and mike cooper was there in his EB works 200bhp 's'.

So i had a good look around asked a few questions.
This is what i was told by mike :-

- Works output 200bhp
- Should hopefully be available next January from all MINI dealers as a fit in their workshop upgrade.
- Price should be £3500
- 4 (yes four) exhausts fitted to rear. Could actually see the bottom of the silencer boxes a bit unfortunately but maybe this is just pre-production stuff ?

other info was that the car had the harman kardon speakers in (could see six speakers) and half leather (blue) which could not see in pre-spec'd showroom cars. back seats very plain, front nice (not really highly imp i know).

price of works upgrade and dealer fitting was also confirmed with my dealer later this afternoon when looking at 's' in showroom. HK stereo not available til december though.
