Remember, production dates are production *weeks* so be sure to check the owner's lounge hourly from now until the 30th. Don't panic if it isn't clicked off by the end of the day on the 28th -- it sometimes takes them a while to update the lounge.

Bookmark WW so you can check in hourly as your MINI is loaded, sails, and is unloaded.

Don't plan on getting anything accomplished at work or at home over the next month. You'll be too obsessed to focus on day-to-day tasks.

Download the owner's manual and spend the next month memorizing it, and drawing up a checklist for things you want to play with right away.

You'll be driving your baby in August. Think of all the fun you will have! How are you going to put in your break-in miles? Start planning a Motoring vacation.

Believe me-I am on this site and miniusa morning, noon and night. I'm running a contest here at my job for people to submit names for the car to win rides! I am calling my friends with the latest details I hear and staring longingly at my mini brochure. I dream of it in my sleep! I will download the manual! I've printed out color images and they hang all over my office-I even took a picture of the Ohio license plate and I'm changing wording on it to see what it will look like (I'm a graphic artist so I'm pretty good at that sort of thing). I'm making announcements to my family and friends as if I were having a baby! It's tooooo funny. I'm getting married in October and I tell ya, I'm way more excited about the car (don't tell my fiance)!
