This is a message for those whose room I have booked for the hotel at Portsmouth/Southsea for the night of 30 Apr 2004.
I would like to ask each of you to book your room with the hotel at Portsmouth/Southsea, so that I cancel the existing booking for 9 rooms.
The reasons for this are:
1) Any ammendments have to be communicated to the hotel directly (the rooms had been booked via activehotels.com), and I expect there will be changes required.
2) I used my own CC to guarrantee 9 rooms, and I really do not wish to be responsible for charges incurred due to no-show or late cancellations etc..

Please let me know once you have booked your room, so that I can go ahead and cancel the 9 rooms already booked.
Tried to book 2 rooms just and Unfortunately the hotel you have chosen doesn't have any rooms available for the dates you have selected.
However the following nearby hotels are available.
DK have you cancelled the 9 rooms arranged under your name?
