I've never understood the "big fat alloys" mentallity. Over here you would be called Kevin (no offence intended to anyone called Kevin!!!), you'd live in a council estate, you'd have a spoiler resembling an ironing-board and when you drove anywhere, your exhaust would sound like a Formula 1 car at full throttle!
Am I the only one who thinks the 17" wheels look a bit OTT on the MINI? I'm all for low profile tyres, but I like to see more a bit of the tyre, and I like to know I don't need to re-mortgage the house to fix a puncture!!!

Or maybe I'm just boring ;-)
