But seriously, I live in Kansas City, and other than the one local dealer, there are no alternative service centers closer than St. Louis or Denver. What happens if I'm in a trip to visit family in northern Oklahoma, and the car craps out 3/4 of the way there (a 350 mile trip)?? Tow it all the way back to KC? That roadside assistance package better have one hell of a towing mileage allowance! |
