it will be bad comms i bet you. I have been a BMW for years and I am constsntly going into dealerships with more product knowledge than the dealer. Its not the dealers fault, its BMW, it all ways happens.
Let be optimistic, I think you will get your car first week in August, like me. If not you can come down to Oxford with me and we'll take us a pair!!!
