Definately from the inside. Access is a bit restricted so it isn't as easy to push them out as it might be.
The fittings sort of 'click' into place and you may have to push quite hard (at the front) to remove them. The back end has little clips which just fit behind the bodywork.
When fitting new ones you may have to push them in quite hard at the front to get them to stay in place. |
