Not sure if it is 'Normal' , but mine does the same when I go to start it and do not get it fully turned over. Once you are in the on position and have turned the starter, you must turn it back to acc, then try again. I would beleive it was done in an effort to keep people for 'double starting' their car and burning out the starter. |
