TLC covers services that the service indicator says you need. So from about 9000 to 11000 for your first service.
It also covers your first service at 2 years if you do limited mileage. The oil and brake fluid need to be changed once they are 2 years old no matter what mileage your car stands at.
I think TLC should cover your annual service no matter what mileage you do, it doesn't
. After all we have all paid the same for it and not doing enough miles seems a pretty poor excuse to prevent someone getting their car serviced.
