Nice on well done Brushy - sounds like you more than deserved to get the compensation, what I dont understand is that if you are sticking to the speed limit driving down a road normally etc etc and you go down a pothole and it damages your wheel, wether the council have inspected that road recently or not the fact is it damaged your wheels due to the council not maintaing the road properly so they owe you wether theres been an inspection or not surely?
If they used all the stuff that they make the harsh speed bumps with to fill in the potholes , im sure we would have a hell of alot more pothole free roads
