The mirror fits to the roof through the headliner rather than to the screen itself. It may be possible to use the original mirror to forge a bracket for your new one.
Power sources could be drawn from the sunvisors or interior light and maybe the clock if you know your electrics.
With a few folds and a bit of sticky tape you could also turn your warranty into a temporary ashtray.
