As mentioned by myself and other people, we need to find hotels that can accommodate us fast and then get the route sorted to take us there. During my search, we have already been turned down by hotels that have been booked for weddings that weekend. Hence, we need to move fast to secure somewhere for Day 3 in Borders or whatever, and to decide whether to decamp to another hotel in Portsmouth on Day 1
Duncan, thanks for the suggestions, I'll take a look and may contact them if they look big enough to accommodate us all, and see how it goes from there.
