Although my MINI ONE is manual it still only does on average about 30 mpg but virtually all my driving is local and each journey is usually between 3 to 6 miles.Here in Telford its nothing but islands so its point ,squirt,brake......it is fun though.I've got a new MINI ONE on order for september and i was hoping that with the new gearbox and the slightly different gearing it might be slightly better on the economy front...yours does sound very low but having no experience of the cvt i can't comment but i'm sure i've seen another thread with somebody recieving about the same mileage from their cvt.Check with the dealer if in doubt.Hope you get it sorted.
