Bit of a random question: with all the traveling our new MINIs go through, how many miles were on the clock when you picked up at the dealer?

That's reassuring. My current car also had just four miles when I took it for a test drive... and it was the previous years model. Little wonder they wanted to sell that one!

The reason for the low mileage on mine is because I ordered it. No one was allowed to test drive it. :) If I had bought off the lot, I would expect some miles, but definitely less than 50, or I would ask for a discount.

I can finally add my own vote... 12 miles at pickup last week.

26 miles. They had to drive it to a shop to get the 3M bra applied and back. the car was also originally at a dealer in New Jersey before it got to me here in Minnesota.

Ours was delivered to us with 7 miles on the clock!

My BIL just took delivery of his MC, and it had 13 miles on it. His name is "Del Tredici," and, yes, "tredici" means 13 in Italian!

11 miles - almost a thousand times that amount now, 8 months later! :D
