I'm an MCS DS/W owner who absolutely loves owning a great car that also carries with it a strong sense of community. But, here's my problem...
I travel a lot for a living. This evening I'm in Santa Rosa, CA. On the way from the San Francisco airport in my rental Toyota Celica (yawn), I kept flashing my high beams in brotherly greeting to every MINI I saw on the road. Apparently old habits die hard.
So, if you are wondering who that doofus in the Toyota was who passed you on 101 N between 3-4 pm, that would be me.
Man, I wish I could take my MCS with me on trips (although San Francisco hills with my standard transmission scare the crap out of me) :aargh:
Happy motoring!
