I have a 2 spoke and like the look of it... I look at the 3 spoke and think, mmm that looks different.... wouldn't mind a drive in a 3 spoker just to see if it feels any different....

Problem is if it did :p

If you don't like your 3 spoke when you get it you can swap it for my 2 spoke.:D

And I prefer the horn in the center.

I've never owned a car with the central horn-push (cars have either had SW spoke, or dash-mounted buttons). Seems less safe as you would need to take a hand off of the wheel in order to operate the horn, giving up control on any evasive manouver you may be required to simultaneously perform. I also do not like the idea of having a hand in between the airbag and my face in the event that the horn blast does no good.

It would be a shame if the current version does not allow for switching between radio, CD, and other (iPod). It would also be nice if the nothing button now actually does something. (maybe it has a function in cars with factory CD changer? or cassette player?).

I am just used to having the horn in the center where I can 'punch' it when I get angry at a crappy driver. My BMY had it on the spokes. My current Bronco has it on the spokes as well. But I learned to drive on a Jeep that had it in the center.

My brother had a crappy Mustang in the 80s that had it on the end of the turn signal stalk. What a horrible place for it. I do agree about the fact of taking the hands off of the wheel to honk the horn, but when I am driving to that extreme, I am not looking to honk my horn anyway, I am more than likely trying to successfully avoid some idiot cutting in front of me.

Gee, it sounds like I am an angry driver. Really, I am not. I am pretty laid back. Really.:D

3 spoke but if you can retrofit the MFSW then do that too. I had a cooper without but now my S has MFSW (old style one) and I don't know how I managed without cruise and radio controls before!

I love my 3 spoke sports wheel, I personally think the 2 spoke is ugly and really old fasion, but thats just my opinion! O, I dont have bluetooth with it, atleast i dont think so!!

I have a 2 spoke but prefer the 3 spoke, wasn't a choice when I bought. Also the three
spoke is cheaper to upgrade to the rather tasty JCW version  .

I have a 2 spoke MFSW, and have driven one with a 3 spoke - in my opinon:

2 spoke:

positive:

is natural to the rest of the dash layout
buttons are better - less complicated
horn buttons are easier to press

negative:
is damagable - I have seen loads scratched and dented
looks old fashioned compared to the new 3 spoke

3 spoke:
positive

made out of better materials
looks up-to date

negative

I think it looks strange - doesn't fit the interior
horn button in the centre - hard to press quickly!
is not intuative as the 2 spoke

imho, my vote is for the 2 spoke wheel for the Multifunction buttons. You do not have to take you hand off of the wheel to change volume or stations.
