Hi there American mini-fanatics!
It's a long shot, but was this your Mini we saw at the Tourist Information Centre in Mammoth at the beginning of June 2005?
We had a fantastic holiday driving from San Francisco to Los Angeles via Mammoth, Las Vegas, Grand Canyon, Phoenix and Lake Havasu.
Saw a few Minis in San Francisco but not many anywhere else.
We hired a massive Dodge truck (see picture) and when the boys spotted the Mini in the car park we had to park next to it for a size comparison!!
We loved Mammoth by the way, and couldn't believe that people were still skiing in June!!
Hoping to come back to USA soon, Las Vegas is very special because we got married there in 1995 (drive-through wedding at the Little White Chapel :wone: - obviously not in a Mini, it was a Chrysler LHS :D )
