Right I'm back. Obviously had a bad time of things recently but only one way to move on. Thanks again to everybody's very kind words.

Anyway to the real point of my post. With the world cup coming up and having a red cooper with white stripes and roof etc I have decided I want to turn my Wing mirrors into st georges crosses for the world cup. Now I know I can probably buy mirror caps but seems a bit expensive just for the month the world cup is on, uinless I can find a great design of a play on the England theme.
Just wondering if its possible to but removable red tape so I could turn them into the flag, dont want it to look cheap and crap though.

any ideas???

Neil, just a quick photoshop. But I am working on some silver UJ mirror caps and all the lines bend and curve :rolleyes:

But this is fairly easy to do, just a simple cut of red vinyl and placed in position.

Along them lines mate, love the first one. How easy are they to take off etc.

Im not sure I want the georges cross thing as a permanent fixture. I was thinking of the st george flag wing caps for the world cup and then something completely different for after that. Im a sunderland fan and have a red and white mini but ideas are not coming very quickly to me.

The are easy to take off...just apply a little heat from a hairdryer or similar and once you get an edge loose just pull off.

It would be awesome if its availble..

I have just spoken to Phil and asked him to look into designing a St Georges flag for the rear window on both hard and soft tops, for us to show our support for the boys in Germany !!
Foxton Mini's have these on and they look pretty good.

Depending on how big you want it as the caps curve in many directions, getting a big decal to be flat and flush is not easy.

Mr Craddock sir - as an aside, are you able to produce internal window stickers, or even better peelable vinyl?

Soggy, our stock window decals have a lo-tack adhesive so you can reposition and remove if neccessary, and they fit on the inside of your MINI. As for peelable do you mean self-cling??

bit like mine, but not painted. :D I like ur bee...very cool

quick idea for the window decals.

We will produce for the hard tops and convertables but let me know if you like or it needs adding to or tweaking.

I will be looking at a number of production ways for this as the flag is white but they will be lo-tack so they can be easily removed after at least 3 games :D :o :eek:
