Yup, got the payment thanks Ray :) As for room rates - if t hey do get some more offered I will be advising them who has booked when so they get allocated correctly as with the first 30 :) Still not sure we'll get more though :(

You need to book the rooms directly with the Marriott but tell them you are attending the MINI2 Ball and ask for discount ;) all the discounted rooms are taken but some are getting deals if they ask for them when they book ;)
