Regarding booking your room for hte Charity Ball 2'007:

Hotel Booking

The hotel room rates are £78 double and £69 single bed and breakfast rate. We have an early bird discount on hotel rooms with the price at £65 double and £55 single available to the first 30 rooms booked and Ball tickets either fully paid for or the deposit paid. You cannot book this rate directly with the hotel, we as organisers will advise the hotel who the first 30 are and the room rate will be adjusted accordingly. If you book the hotel but do not pay for your ticket you will not get the early bird rate!

You can book a room NOW using a credit card to secure the room, which can be cancelled up until 2.00pm the day prior to the 2'007 Ball without incurring any charges .

Call +44 1604 768700 and ask for a room from the MINI2 Charity Ball allocation, we currently have 65 rooms block booked but these may be released at the hotel's discretion so book quickly!!

You can also fax your reservation to +44 1604 702485 which may be better for overseas visitors with time differences etc.

You have to have paid at least the deposit to get the discounted room - it's to ensure those that get the discount have supported us from the start, an early bird rate - and to stop all those naughty people ringing up and booking the room then not paying for tickets until we've chased and chased them ;) :D

16 early bird rooms are now confirmed, 14 left of which we have 12 people a;ready registered who could grab a bargain just by getting their payment in and the room actually booked ............ so there are two completely free still, or you could nick in and knock one of those off the spot who have still to pay !!!!

People have just been registering andsending in their cash straight away without us needing to send chasing mails - this thread has been running a continous update on the state of play though ever since the Ball was announced :)

And there are still 4 discounted rooms available according to my list on the first post of this thread - and my list is the one the hotel will be using ;) Others may have booked a room but if I've not deposit or full payment for the Ball ticket they don't qualify !


So................. 4 rooms left - get your monies in fast folks !! There are at least 2 people who have a PayPal invoice just to pay to secure theirs !!
