: MINIsOnTop June 16th, 2007 Sheenabea Mar 5th, 2007, 01:20 PM Hey Ian,
Just to calm my own nerves... what is the head count for those registered going up Mt. Washington? I just wanna make sure I'm not too late to get a spot for me. ;) I'm sending mine off tonight!!
Thanks! m2smith Mar 6th, 2007, 01:27 AM To quote Ian-
"We have more than 100 cars registered for MINIsOnTop already, bringing 220 people - almost all cars will drive to the top of Mount Washington, so the summit is already half full!
Don't delay your registration if you want to drive to the top ..."
Hey Ricardo - Can we have a "Take a Slap at Hockey Boy" Booth? Bring the pads and the octopus - We put up a goal - hmmm - This almost sounds fun...;) MisterMINI Mar 6th, 2007, 01:56 AM Hey Ian,

I don't think you have any worries Sheena. I believe the limit for the auto road is car count and not head count. and so it sounds as if there are still IRO 90 car places remaining. GBMINI Mar 6th, 2007, 02:13 AM Yes Keith ... but the first 90+ went in 4 weeks, and there's 8 more weeks still to go ... don't encourage Sheena to delay ;) MisterMINI Mar 6th, 2007, 02:22 AM Yes Keith ... but the first 90+ went in 4 weeks, and there's 8 more weeks still to go ... don't encourage Sheena to delay ;)
I hope my comment didn't sound like I was encoraging delay, but I think Sheena's registration is in the mail tonight. Sheenabea Mar 6th, 2007, 02:43 AM It literally is in the mail! Sent it out a few hours ago... so it should be there in a day or two.
Thanks for the reassurance. ;) scho06 Mar 6th, 2007, 04:10 PM Just made reservations at a B&B in Jackson last night, should be mailing out the Registration today! GBMINI Mar 6th, 2007, 11:45 PM Now Keith, where's YOUR registration? ;) blalor Mar 7th, 2007, 10:05 PM I'm #107. I think I beat Sheena. ;) Tonymini Mar 10th, 2007, 10:17 PM I noticed in England they were attempting to have a Guinness record of 200 Minis in a convoy.
We can easily beat that @ MOT
( if we haven't already)
Lets make it Official
Lets keep the Record in the US
I hope this causes a stir m2smith Mar 10th, 2007, 10:22 PM The gauntlet has been thrown! I've got to find out how to get Guinness certified - Should be easy because I've certified more than a few Guinnesses.... yellowmininy Mar 10th, 2007, 10:36 PM Hmm, can we end the convoy with a Guinness for everyone? :D I guess the hardest part of the trick is enough empty road & police support to get 200 cars in line. hwy61 Mar 11th, 2007, 01:01 AM The gauntlet has been thrown! Joe,
Many of the Boston-area folks meet-up with the Yankee Candle Caravan at Area 51 on I-93 north of Concord, NH. Go to the MINIs On Top Website (http://www.minisontop.com) for more information.
