Any weather at all - MOT is nondenominational in regard to weather - keeps it interesting Sheenabea Mar 28th, 2007, 11:31 AM Oh yeah, i didn't say my number! We're #114! This will be our first MOT too. :) NoNo Mar 28th, 2007, 11:53 AM Are you guys aware of what our brethren are doing over in England today? They're only aiming for 195 cars. Seems like you could beat that at MOT. ravioliworld Mar 28th, 2007, 01:41 PM Tricky thing is you gotta stay within a couple car lengths of the car in front/back of you. Fine near the bottom, but could be quite disastrous near the top. NoNo Mar 28th, 2007, 01:54 PM Well I was thinking that could be one of those day activities. I bet that'd attract some people. Probably best bet is along the Kanc. scoobyshannon Mar 28th, 2007, 06:04 PM Hi guys,
I met up with some west coast MINI owners over the weekend. I was in Vegas this weekend for Dave Matthews and when I found out AMVIV was going on I had to go check it out.
I didnt get to stay long but I met a few people and bought myself a t-shirt and shot glass. They took up the whole top floor of the Palace Station garage! I took a few pictures so I'll post them as soon as I can. holdenontoit Mar 28th, 2007, 07:25 PM over on NAM there is quite a thread about AMVIV and the number of people who's cars got shot at with a pellet gun plus a bunch of hecklers who made parts of the festivities quite angst ridden for a few people. I hope this is not a trend................:frown:

I'll be there tonight. A week late, but if there's any stragglers I'll be sure to leave them a new "bashing comment" ;)

The person does not wish to be thanked directly so I'm thanking you all (and that should cover the anonymous one).
When I bought a fun little car to remember a trip to Oxford by I never thought that it would be such a humbling and gratifying experience as well - There is a sense of giving and honor amongst all of you that is truely rare - Thanks to all of you! If anyone doubts the generousity of the human heart point 'em in this direction - It will restore their faith (Just keep 'em away from the Cod)
If anyone else wants to make a donation just make the check out to "Rosie's Place" and send it to: MINIs on Top PO Box 617 Essex MA 01929 The cause is a good one !!! NHRef Apr 2nd, 2007, 12:22 AM Only 2 1/2 months! No Foolin' :hmph:

Has this feature been dropped? I really enjoyed this last year. Aside from getting to drive up early and get primo parking spots, we got to climb that tower and really be "on top"! I hope Pete B, hasn't abandoned this , it would be a real shame. :frown: snek Apr 6th, 2007, 11:10 AM Jock, the observatory tour is on, like the previous years m2smith Apr 6th, 2007, 02:40 PM Jock, the observatory tour is on, like the previous years
