Oh, good, Ang! I hope he likes it. Sheena's requested that I polish up the footage I took on the way up the mountain (because I was following her :D). It's just more of the same (save for my clone just ahead) but if he'd like to relive the entire experience up and down, complete with deafening Alta-intake whine, I'd be happy to put it on DVD for you.

I am proud to say that the winning CD was submitted by a Cape Cod Mini rookie and a MOT newbie, Chris Haven. Chris and husband Brad compiled 2 CDs actually and submitted them both. I will get the winning tracks soon but here is a list of the songs that they put on a great road trip CD and burned copies for all 8 cars from CApe Cod that drive up to MOT. The winning songs are on this list but I don't know which ones they are.

MC2 Photo Submission

I have submitted the MoT 2007 article to MC2 magazine. Along with it were approximately 50-60 photos from some of the 500+ you have all posted.

Thanks to all the photographers who took the time to document this years MINIs on Top! There were so many great photos, I had a hard time keeping it to 50-60 submissions for the MC2 editors to choose from. The photos were chosen to compliment the article's text, so some incredibly creative images had to be passed up. My apologies.

In the confusion of being on the road for the last two weeks, I have lost track of all the photos I submitted. However, I have tried to assemble most of what I remember (!) into a private Picassa Album:

Of course, I have no control over which ones will actually be published. For that matter, I have no control over the final version of my article! That's part of the deal when you do this sort of thing.
