I thought that was you, yes my screen name was scho01 I did have a Berlina with red/black interior, good memory!! I still visit the S2K site from time to time. My in-laws still have an S, so we'll probably tag along for some of their trips this summer too.
Nice upgrades!! I was thinking of painting the black trim the body color as well. What did that cost if you don't mind me asking? Do you have pics, I would love to see it. Hope to see you at some of the events this upcoming year! You should give a shout out to the S2K site, a bunch of users were asking about you not too long ago.

Hey Scho!
Thanks for the compliments! I should have pics after this weekend. I just ordered wheels from Tirrack and once i mount them and wash the car, i'll be taking some pics of her.
I usually "hangout" on NAM (northAmericanMotoring.com, the other MINI forum) and post frequently there. I hardly come here. I just find NAM to be easier to use and full of info. Also most of the owners are in the states. But the local NE forum here is def most active for whatever reason. Anyway, yes i havent logged into S2KI in awhile so i will be sure to go there soon and say hello to everyone! I may be getting another S2k soon anyway. Talk tp ya soon ! ;)

I'm giving this thread a bump now that MoT is approaching, so lurkers and noobies can be encouraged to say hello.

Hi, my name is Venno, I'm 22 and a Reseach and Development Engineer near Syracuse. I drive an '06 MCS DS/DS (technically my 3rd MINI) and wear my Jersey plates with pride up here in Central New York where I organize MINI Rallies (until i return to my native North Jersey).
This is my first MOT and I'm excited about it.
So a bit more about me on a personal level, I enjoy designing and building things (I'm manufacturing my own driving lamps for my MINI which i designed) cooking, playing soccer, I really enjoy flying (weather permitting I'll be taking shots of the WNY MOT caravan), and I like trying new things/ meeting new people.
I'm still individualizing my MINI, so I'll update just before MOT with a current picture, but here's one taken in April just in-case i forget to update.
The other picture is me and my sister.
See you all at MOT!

See - Now that wasn't hard... C'mon people. Thanks Venno for getting this going - There is an hour of flight time (including lunch) in a Warrior amongst the many door prizes at MOT.

Hey I'm Leif or Inzeos as some of you may know me from my name badges and photographs from MoT '06. My girlfriend and I will be attending MoT '07 and are planning on being at T&C Thursday night and then leaving on Monday. We are looking forward to the event and some local hiking and possibly swimming!

Glad to see people are still enjoying my "When push comes to shove" photograph.

Can't wait to see people I met at MoT '06 as well as meet others.

Alright so a quick update on my MINI....She now is sporting a Gray-scale Czech Flag roof graphic on the Sunroof (color flag woulda been too overpowering on a DMS/DMS MCS) and I got my Uber Carbon Fiber Airscoop.. Here's a pic from the last CNY rally..mine's the first MINI with the Jersey plates (the pic is pre-flag, and a thanks to tom at TIERMINI (http://www.tiermini.com) for the pic)
