On the listing itself there is a link at the bottom of the page that says 'Report this item', click it and follow the instructions...

Best one to use is 'Fraudulent Listings' in Step 1.

Hope not, I had my account hijacked last year, theiving gits were selling phones & all sorts, took a while but we got it sorted. Worrying time though.

I reckon this car identity scam is a passing phase, sooner or later ebay will find a way to put a stop to it (hopefully).
