As some may have noticed, I have been more than pleased with the Koni FSD (http://www.koni-fsd.com/)s on my current (05) Cooper S.

I recently placed an order for an R56 Cooper. The ride on the new MINI is much "improved" (from my perspective, at least), so it's not clear to me that there would be significant benefit from using FSDs on this vehicle (for daily commuting and occasional long jaunts, as opposed to racing). Does anyone have any experience with this combination, or an alternative perspective?

was told unofficially ;) [nod nod wink wink] at autosport show that koni were developing some new fsd for mini to use with lower after market springs, out this summer, i assumed r53 but could be r56, i guess it might be worth waiting to see which one, i think visually the r56 needs lowering, if not dynamically
