Yes indeed, euro didn't make things any better (1euro=340,74drahmas). So inevitably we had to pay more for everything. As for Gordons space, you must know that alcohol is relatively cheap here in Greece....for Channel i am not sure but i can definitely find Oakley much cheaper in the states. Anyway, my point is that Greece has almost the same average cost of life, in the European zone, but it doesn't manage to improve the economic strength of its per capita.

ps: if you must know I am 23

Hello everyone I would like to inform you (for those who wasn't there) for the 52nd Acropolis Rally and espesially for the Athens Superspecial which took place here in Greece inside the Olympic Stadium, at 23rd of june 2005 :)
Here is a photo from the Olympic Stadium which for this occasion has been changed and a race track took the place of the football court...

http://www.acropolisrally.gr/upload/images/1118927174.jpg

I had a :censored: ...wonderfull evening with a lot of tyre smell, loud noise from the exhausts, historical cars like mini cooper s:cool: , ferrari 250 GT, ford escord MKII 2000, Alpine, NSU, a lot of alfa romeos, 911 etc etc
The event were started with a Ferrari 360 Stradale and my ears gone to heaven ;)  then the WRC came to the scene with a lot of ...will ;) and then we (~70.000 people!!!) saw the competition between historical cars!!!.
When the mini c s stood at the start lane against a porsche 911 (the old one of course  :D :D :D ) all the stadium was on fire (the minis always will puts fire :D ). The handling was :censored: :P :D and the 911 couldn't got away. After 3 laps mini lost with half a car behind :)
As you can see from the pictures below mini was flying... :D

Kalhmera mini-kitten :)
As always (delayed :p ) now I read your message. Fortunately there is always ananiou to give an answer ;) . Corfu is nice for vacation but not to buy things for your mini. If you can read in Greek you can visit our website www.miniclub.gr , as friend ananiou wrote before, and we'll happy to answer you whatever you want ( hmmm ok, not everything :D )
Tell a hi to the coala sitting beside you :D :D

Hey there,

what's wrong with clubmini.gr? I've registered twice (or more) but I never get a reply from the system. I tried to contact the admins that the "contact" link doesn't work (as well as other links). Is the site operating?

Thanks

Hi guys.I'm quite new on this page so be gentle :P My name is Nick and i'm from Katerini. I own a Cooper S and i'm interested in JCW upgrade, but before thinking of it seriously i need to know the prices. Just the Engine modifications...I will be in Salonica on Tuesday 22/11.It would be better if could talk to someone (Man to Man) so as to disguise the details for the Exterior modifications i wanna do.An address or a phone number would be very helpfull.

Thank you

Hi Nick. You can go to ''BMW Papadopoulos'' (I don't know where is it, but someone from North could help you ....MitolGiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiiii:p ) and ask for Jim (his son who has also a MCS;) ) and I am sure that you'll find whatever you want with good prices;) .
Also, you can upgrade your S by minispeed with a low cost.
Here in Athens a few members had done this and the result was....!!!!!!!! with ~1500Euros:rolleyes: If you succeed to read our website (I can't understand why you can't  :( ) you'll see the answers of some owners who did it or you can ask them whatever you want.... OK not exactly whatever:aargh: :D :D :D :D :D
