Hey all,

Thought about lowering my S a few months back but decided against it in the end but now thinking about it again lol.

Please could anyone who has the H&R springs with sport suspension post feedback on the springs?

Please include tyre choice/size and give your comments on the ride before and after fitting the springs.

I've got 'em. I like 'em.

They're stiff, for sure... but not horribly so. I'm still running the Dunlop Runflats.

Ride before, though softer, was really tall and there was a ton of bump stear mid corner on bad pavement. Hated it. Lowered, that's now gone.

REally bad pavement & potholes are best avoided, though.

Just got my droped on H&R on saturday, looks the bee's, a drop around 30mm, its enough for the r56 cooper s. i will post pictures soon. I have the sport suspension as well.

I have an R56 Cooper with:

sports suspension option
eibach lowering springs
jcw 18" wheels 215/35 goodyear eagle f1s

No problems, handles great!
