but, to get more technical...

the brackets are slightly different, you'll have to modify them to get it to fit, but its a right royal pain in the backside to get it perfect.

The brackets appear to bolt on to the chassis on an '05 car, so there may be a way?

easiest thing to do is phone miltek direct. they do offer fitting at there factory and they will always help you out with any questions.
