I recently purchased (two weeks ago) :aargh:a mini 1 from Chandlers in Hove, it was an ex demonstration car and was the perfect blue for my company logo. Unfortunately it has been a big mistake the car is crap, the gears are stiff, the computer keeps crashing. But my main concern is the garage, the staff seem incompetent and extremely rude. Has anyone else had a problem with this garage and their attitude and does anyone know the best place to contact to complain about the service and attitude. My car is unfortunately not out on the road promoting my company but inside the shambolic service centre where the incompetent fools are trying to work out how to fix it!!!
