I am thinking of getting a black eyed purple cabrio. Ive seen a very nice JCW with an aero kit that i fancy. The only thing that puts me off is it looks a bit plain:eek:. I think it needs some stripes to break the colour up.I am not sure which way to go!!!! Bonnet or vipers? Silver or black? Can anyone steer me in the right direction;) and post some pics of their bep s cabrio's with strips.

There's a BEP Cooper Convertible in our village with black stripes and I don't think there's enough contrast, I'd go for silver or even white stripes, does it have any chrome on it?

I bet there aren't many JCWs in BEP around, it'll be a very rare car :cool:

There are 11 members listed with BEP S Convertibles, and of the ones that have galleries only one has stripes and they're white :p

They both look cool:D,Think it will have to be black with the pin stripes. They will go better with the black roof:D

WOW! YES YES YES! Get these stripes they look amazing and the best of both worlds, matches the roof and brings out the contrast lovely! Maybe even get the white pinstripes in silver? Love it! its gorgeous colour and I saw a similar BEP cabrio in London and it looked lovely!

I have a BEP ONE Convertible, bought as an ex BMW/MINI car was origionaly after a siver one but I am so pleased I went for the BEP. It looks great but being a dark colour its a pig to detail. The other good thing is that there are not many around!!

A friend of mine once used to own a BEP ONE cabrio and she got it new with silver bonnet stripes and it looked great.:D


I think the one you like would look great with chrome mirrors and silver bonnet stripes, and maybe even the chrome rear boot hinges.;):D

That's my convertible!
Yes I have white stripes and the "chrome line" exterior - chrome mirrors, chrome boot hinges, chrome roll bars, chrome door handles and a chrome line round the top of the body.
I also don't have a Black roof - I have the Blue roof which I think matches the BEP colour better than the black..

Say I'm not fussy on my next colour MINI which I hope is a cabrio S... but I am quite liking BEP.... only problem I think it will be hard to find as I haven't seen many of them on the roads here... :(

I'm pleased to say that I own one - best decision I made and even though its now 4 years old I can't bring myself to get rid of it!

Not the best photos i'm afraid but you get the general idea - I also like to take at least a couple of photos when heavy cleaning has been done. lol.

No stripes on mine though I'm afraid - was considering getting some silver stripes at one point but decided against it.
