Hi Guys, Had car booked in to service department today, Trying to sort out why I-pod sound was so bad. So it turns out there is a fault in one of the wiring looms :(. There is a back order for the parts 2-8 weeks, then they will have to take the dash out and god knows what else, this can take up to 4 days:mad:. i just know its not going to go back together again right. Do you think I should write to Mini about it?, or do you think i have a good case to reject the car, and have it replace?. I have never had any of my cars off road for that long before, feel a bit let down with it at the moment did not expect this to happen.

I would send a little note to customer services to let them know, but you have to give the dealership a chance to fix the car ;)
