: Tax disc Londo May 26th, 2008, 02:31 AM Hello Folks
I was wondering if you Brits keep you're old tax disc? If so I would like to trade some MINI stuff for one. One for 05 if possible?:DThanks westycoopers May 26th, 2008, 03:40 PM why do you want an old tax disk, you thinkin of cloning some cars Londo May 26th, 2008, 03:52 PM Well here in the states, we don't have Tax Disc. I want something to add to my car that other people don't have here. My car came out in 05 and I want a Disc to reflect that. What month was it registered?
Maybe someone will have an old disc that has that month on it. Scrogg May 26th, 2008, 05:22 PM or destroy them to prevent fraudulent use;)
How do you fraudulently use an out-of-date tax disc? Londo May 26th, 2008, 05:28 PM My car was registered in May of 05:biggrin: MarkW May 26th, 2008, 05:39 PM How do you fraudulently use an out-of-date tax disc?

I was wondering that myself... they're expired (not really good for anything except as souvenirs) and they've got the car's number plate on there anyway - so it's not like they're transferable. Rakey May 27th, 2008, 09:10 AM How do you fraudulently use an out-of-date tax disc?
I don't know as I don't do that kind of thing, I was just always told you could use them to that way minicabrio May 27th, 2008, 11:15 AM The Minx had all her old ones in the tax disc holder, just used to slip the new one in front each time ;)
I like keeping them all - will see if I still have a 2005 one lying around for you :D Scrogg May 27th, 2008, 04:30 PM My car was registered in May of 05:biggrin:
In which case you'll need a MINI that was first-registered in the last week of May or in June of 2004 or before. NeuroBeaker May 27th, 2008, 04:32 PM In which case you'll need a MINI that was first-registered in the last week of May or in June of 2004 or before.

see it. Most won't have a clue, but for those expatriates it might bring back fond memories:hmph: NickyJ May 27th, 2008, 05:40 PM Wow Londo what an amazing interior you have
