Hi Folks,

Just a note to say that the Scottish Cooper Cup's website is fully operational now. Please have a look and let me know what you think..

Welcome - Mini Cooper Cup 2008 (http://www.scottishcoopercup.co.uk)

The season has been hard work for me so far (Car 17 Mark Dryden) with mixed results. Looking for a good 3 races at Knockhill at the end of June.

I enjoy watching this series on Motors TV. It's very good with some close contact racing.

Good news on the Motors TVs front. After the next round, which was at Croft, the TV coverage will be a full hour slot!! So far we have been having to squeeze 3 races into 30 mins but we have managed to get that extended which can only be good news for us drivers but also for individual and series sponsors:D:nice:

No trip to kirkistown this year? How come?

Because of our numbers from last year we were only granted 1 away round this year which was at Croft a couple of weeks ago.

We would have loved to come back to Kirkistown as it is the most friendly circuit you'll ever go to.

As our Grids are circa 18/19 this year we will no doubt get our national status back for next season and with that we can have 4 or 5 away rounds:nice:

I think you've been doing this for too long Mr Dryden! You need to find some wealthy Scotsman to give you the budget for something else ;)

Good to see the grids up though :)
