I just wanted to report what a genuine all-round good guy this salesman is.

He couldn't have been more helpful when choosing our MINI and 20 months later, though he knows there is no prospect of me changing it for many years, he still has time to have a chat on a busy Saturday and is genuinely interested to know how we are and how the MINI's going. I've worked in sales for the last 15 years and know that sales people this genuine are very few and far between.

Please go and buy a MINI from this man! :D He will look after you!

Darren sold me my mini in 2002 and he is still genuinely interested in how my mini is getting on, I think he knows I am not going to be changing cars now after 6 years. I have always found all staff at Westerly MINI very helpful, nothing is too much trouble, great stuff guys keep up the good work:)

James in sales is also very good at Exeter, helped me with a few warranty issues where others wouldn't and put up with my anger at the service department.

watch the service side though as the manager in charge is a waste of space and has been caught out lying on occasions. Not sure if it's the same person now as I got fantastic service when the car last went in in august. (this may have been due to james' involvement)
