I just wanted to give some kudos to MINI of Peabody. I sent an e-mail asking advice on a service issue. I figured I would probably get the standard dealer "bring it in and we'll take a look" response but that was not the case. My headlights were low and I knew that somthing was wrong that I could check. They directed me to check the linkage on the front and rear sensors as it "could" pop out. Well I took a look and the front was broken. I then responded asking if they could order me the part and ship it down. No problem... Tom got me the part and sent it down. I recieved in only 4 days or so.

That is customer service and the reason that I will do business with them again and again. Thanks guys! :) :cool:
