Hidleee Hey MINI neighbors!

The MINI Club of WNY is 'gearing up' for delivering of as many MINI-fulls of toys as we can to the Pirate Toy Fund (Pirate Toy Fund Homepage (http://www.piratetoyfund.org)) on December 20th! I've been in touch with Gary the Happy Pirate (Executive Director for the organization) and he's invited a local TV station to document our delivery. One of our club members is a fireman stationed a few blocks away and he's volunteered to give us a fire engine escort. Towne MINI is hoping to send a couple MINIs to boost our efforts. We'd love to have any and all of you join in too! The Pirate Toy Fund started out as a 'Toys For Tots' drive originally, and has been going on for just about as far back as I can remember. Eddie Meath was the director of the toy collection program in the early years.

We did it! First year, and we had a dozen MINIs last week deliver 1 Clubman and 1+ R56 full of toys to the Pirate Toy Fund, where they'll be distributed to hospitalized and traumatized children. In a very busy December and insanity around the world, this was a really heart-warming happening.
