:mad:My name is ADLM,I been a client of braman motors in west palm beach for the last 6 years.
Between myself my girlfriend and my brother we bought $ 700,000.00 worth the BMW,PORSCHES,ani Mini coopers,a total of about 10 cars.
Service in west palm beach was fine,
I had a problem with my wiring of my airbag.
Ihad made an appointment with IDS the service rep,and they been working on my car, after 2 hours they call me and claim the charge will be close to $ 2000.00 ,my girl oked the repair, however I was in an emergency visit at the doctor, and as soon as I found out this rip off price,I ordered IDA,to stop the job ASAP,how Ever she claimed they already finish the job, needless to say she could not justify a 2000.00 charge on a part of 100.00 and 2 hours of work on $ 139.00 an hour.
After yelling and screaming the repair was dropped to $ 400.00.
what a different HA.

I Called Miami braman again, and made an appointment again to install a interface for my radio for an ipod.i called and made sure of the price of the unit,as well of called IDA my service rep. she gave me a price of 2 hours which I was fine with it.
I called Friday before to Ida,and made an appointment for 8 AM ,12/15/08
I spoke to George who calls himself the service manager, and he told me he will make sure that I will get a good service this time.
I drove 70 miles from west palm beach to Miami, checked in at 8 am,left the dealership,2 hours later I am getting a call from IDA,that she does not have the part and they sold the last one on Saturday, well, she knew I am coming for the ipod interface shouldn't she advise me,please don't come down,we out of stock..............no hit gets better,I went to the manager called JC GONEZALES...........he told me last interface was sold saturday.and he is sorry............well I went myself too parts, and they ADVISED ME THAT THEY DID NOT HAVE IT IN STCOK OVER A MONTH,AND IN FACT THE CLAIM OF MR JC GONEZALS is not true.........last 3 units were sold to a client Argentina over a month ago.lies lies lies lies,WHO IS TELLING THE TRUTH HERE.
then I CALLED WEST PALM BEACH AND GUESS WHAT .......they have in stock ,so I called the parts manager Henry ,and he assured me that he will have it shipped from West palm beach, and have it installed on or before the 18th of December,I had called and advise IDA,she said no one has it,but when I called her bluff she said nshe will look into it and call me back....................so far no answer ,no reply.IS THIS HOW BRAMAN MOTOR TREAT CLEINTS THAT BEEN LOYAL TO HIS COMPANY FOR YEARS
SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME SHAME..............I WAS ABOUT TO BUY A NEW AUDI SVV,and or buy the new Mini suv

I DO NOT THINK SO MISTER BRAMAN,................THIS IS NOT THE BRAMAN WAY I KNEW.FROM 1-5 RATING,I WILL GIVE BRAMAN MIAMI 0

Braman MINI in Miami SUCKS! I live about 4 miles from them but have never bought a car from them, ever! I have purchased my MINIs and get them serviced at Lauderdale MINI, 30 miles away. In 7 years, they have never let me down and offer the best sales and service experience in South Florida.

They also offer free MINI loaners , regardless of where you bought your MINI. Lauderdale gets a lot of referrals from unhappy Braman and South Motors former customers.

If you go to Lauderdale MINI for service, see Mr. Marc Holtsberg, MINI service advisor for 5 star top notch service from another MINI enthusiast and 2 time MINI owner.

The only times I have gone to Braman MINI service dept is for strict emergencies, like a dead battery or punctured tire that prevents me to safely driving to Lauderdale.

Mr. Braman only cares about the high rollers that purchase his BMWs, Rolls Royces, Exotic cars, Cadillacs and the like. The MINI customer has always been viewed like a third class citizen in his dealerships.
