Is there an easy way of telling if I have sports suspension plus on my 53 plate cooper ?? ITs got the chilli pack which the plus suspension was available with but I believe you had to choose to have it.

Did you buy it new or used? I'm guessing used, otherwise you could just contact your dealer. In fact, if you got from a MINI dealer, even on cherished, just give them a call and they could quite easily look up the original order spec for you.

Phone your local dealer service or parts with your VIN number. They will be able to pull up the whole build spec.

Does your ar$e really hurt?
If it does you've got SS+ :p

Seriously though, if the car tramlines considerably and the ride is rock solid it'll be SS+.
As others have said just give the dealer a call.

Are there any visual clues for which version of the suspension it is?
