Thought I would put some positive feedback on here following my first experience with a MINI service department.

I booked my MCS Works into Fairfield MINI at Rayleigh, and have been extremely pleased with the service received.

The staff I spoke with were extremely helpful, knowledgable and open. Extra work completed on the car was completed on time and best of all for free under the 'Cherished' warranty.

Compared to the service supplied by some Ford dealers in the past, these guys are fantastic!!!
