Sales person James Bennett who I got my first one from is now in their Huddersfield Showroom, Very helpful guy. Sarah in Wakefield helped me change into my Clubman, Again very happy with the service I have received from her, In fact all the staff that helped put the deal together were excellent, always made to feel welcome when I go in.

Well worth a visit if your looking for a Mini in the Wakefield area.

hi Guys, car booked in today for a few days so booked loan car this was 13 days ago, took it down this morning NO loan car. So have to go back in the morning now, just hope they fix everything on it, then I don't have to go back. Not too happy with service.

Same for me when I bought my R57 Cooper 15 months ago. Turned out the car I bought was one that he had been running as a company car.

It's been back to get a couple of rattles and creaks sorted.

The display is showing that a service is due 03/2009, just hope I don't sucumb to something they happen to have in the showroom at the time. ;)

Hi Guys,
Got my car back today everything fixed, no more rattles feels like a different car. Took them 2 days. Had to clean windscreen on loan car as it was really bad, don't think it had seen a wash in weeks.
Other than that happy everything ok hope next visit is for the service.

Had my first experience of Sandal today and it was great.
Picked up a nail in a tyre a few weeks ago that couldn't be fixed. Tyre place say it should be fine so I leave it, especially as the car had only done 1000 miles.
Last night, the nail worked its way out and I had a flat tyre, obviously no spare and a 250 mile round trip to do tomorrow. No tyre fitter had one in stock so called into Sandal on my way to work. None in stock but they ask me to leave it there and they will "do whatever it takes to get one for me."
By 1130 I get the phone call to say the cars ready.
Even gave me 15% off.
