Very nice James, that's some spec list :D

Cheers Simon, its a a huge spec list and one that defies logic when you think of the cost. Still one mans loss is another's gain. :D

Thanks very much, it will be loads different to the D, you're right I will miss it, but on to bigger and better! :D

I'm going to leave it well alone for now, at a push I might de-chrome the belt line and headlamp surrounds.

Very nice, and I bet you saved a few pennys too ;)

Are they JCW, they dont look like mine, also do R105's fit with JCW brakes? Would be good to know.

Great car

They are not the factory JCW breaks, they are the earlier incarnations.

I am sure someone on here will know the detail. :)

Thought I was going to get away with some R105's, dont like to use spacers.

Awesome car you have there mate!! Congratulations!!

As for the brakes, I think the Cooper S JCW upgrades have the same caliper as the standard Cooper S, just different disks and they're painted red and logo'd! The factory JCW has the Brembo's!! (I think)

Cheers mate, :)

Dont worry, I will be taking things VERY carefully until I am used to driving it. The last thing I want is to end up in a hedge.

How much if you don't mind me asking?

JCW58
Feb 16th, 2009, 07:38 PM
Your looking at £40 for left hand side and £40 fir right hand side so £80 overall. Not bad I say espically as it finishes the car off even more so if you have the rest of the C.F interior :D
