just thought id let you lot know, ive lowered the cooper s on 30mm apex springs. which were a absolute bargain at only £88. the car looks 10x better and they havnt realy affected the ride, which was exactly wot i was after. didnt realise how easy they was to fit either.

I rang R Tech which was near to me, to fit the Eibach Springs they reckon it would take them, that long, which i thought was taking the Pi**..
Lohen are a long way from me, probalary will use 1320 auto but means taking day off wotk still.

Have any of you that have done the springs, changed your Sway Bar, or roll bars ?
