I ordered a r57 in september 08 and will collected just after the launch day march 28th, can't wait! I am having it fitted with a jcw kit 2. (updated r56 kit) been trying to find out about this kit fitting the r57 for ages and recently confirmed that it does. My next point is that personnally i think that the choice of colours is pretty poor, so i have gone for midnight black. When the jcw kit will be fitted i will have the arches coloured coded as well. Lastly i wanted the jcw 18" wheels , stupid money, so i am going for kahn 18" rsv.

Hi chris, im waiting on mine too. i am a bit of a gadget fan so had to have the satnav and dab, gone for laser blue, piano black inside, these weeks are dragging :(

Is the stage 2 kit dealer fit ?

Hi, yes the jcw aerokit 2, comes direct from the dealer. You can buy in different kit forms. The one i am buying is complete with the arches in primer and i am getting it all colour coded by a local bodyshop. Midnight black.

We've gone for Dark Silver Cooper S with Chilli pack and Black Lounge Leather, piano black trim with interior chromeline. Dealer fitting JCW's Aerokit, spotlamps (black rimmed) and silver viper stripes. Car should be in build now and (should be) first to be supplied - launch weekend we hope!

Also how did you manage the reflectors on the arches? I was told that it's only for the American builds :confused:

I bought the car and complete kit inc arches from Wood of Bournemouth, had it painted by local bodyshop and had it fitted by Woods prior to collection.
The kit came from Germany with the reflectors.
