The day I bought my JCW I opened the bonnet to find a JCW strut brace had been installed. I've also got a carbon fibre bonnet vent and handbrake handle. None of these items were mentioned on the cherished site or added to the cost of the car so I was very happy :D

Now I'm even more happy though. After reading another thread about how to spot sports suspension, I had a look and sure enough, my shocks say "Sport" on them :D

I always wondered why it handles SO much better than my previous Cooper D but now I know why :biggrin:

I got mine 1st march 2009 and no strut brace (lol could do with it)

Be carfull of that bonnet scoop. ive had mine robbed by going into the shop for 3 minutes. its wasnt even carbon. my bro's jcw iam gutted. my loaf of bread cost me £50.80pence
