Does anyone have a guide to removing the door handles as I want to paint them

take the door card off and undo the 10mm bolt for the handle, the cover is held on with silicon and once loose should pull off and you can paint it and then put it back on without silicone or with

The door card is held on with 3 T25 type screws through the plastic section and then there is some down the side. this is dependant upon your model
