Well I have to give credit where credit due.

I purchased a Mini Cooper S Convertible from them in December. It had a DVD player and it was not working. Taken it to a local dealer, as I live in Wales, they said they could not repair it. Basically, were not really interested either.

It was not covered under the Cherished Warranty because it was fitted by the Dealer.

Well Sycamore are going to pay to have a new unit fitted. I think they have been really helpful and nothing was too much trouble.

So just thought I would pass that on to you all. The salesman was Jonathan Burton, brilliant helpful and a very understanding guy. He also brought me flowers when I brought the car which I thought was a really nice touch, and he filled the car with petrol.

So 10 out of 10 for this Dealer from me.

Got my first JCW210 from them and my partner's MC Park Lane JCW. I have to say they handled the cocked up delivery of the JCW210 (ordered March, delivered September) and the faulty on delivery Park Lane very well. Sales person David Luff - couldn't fault him. Until......

All fell part, on trade in of JCW210. Apparently £3500 worth of JCW kit is worth £0, after 2 years.

So we went to Soper, Lincoln and have since bought another JCW210, an R56 MCS, chopped the 210 for an R56 JCW and bought a second hand Clubby. Also recommended my daughter to them (Cooper), my father (Clubman) and two work colleagues (one MCS, one Cooper). Dealer Principal - Tim Morris, is a top chap.

Moral to the tale? Greedy short sighted stealer loses business!
