Just wanted to give the MINI guys at Cotswold Hereford a bit of a pat on the back for being all round good eggs. Took my S in for it's first service last week and ended up chatting to Martyn and Luke for well over an hour just about MINIs. Got onto the subject of MINI United tickets. Turned out they had some and ended up coming away with 6 for £80 - which I didn't think was bad (and well worth it - what an awesome event).
Have only ever had one little hiccup with them (but that was a guy in the service dept). They're great blokes who really know their stuff and love MINIs so if you are anywhere near and want to buy a MINI, check them out.

I'm pleased to say that although nearly 2 years have passed since the original post, Cotswold Hereford are still a fantastic dealership. I bought my S back in December and took it to them for a service. They were very very helpful and advised me what I needed doing. They also advised me of things to look out for and even did a check on the usual suspects to make sure that all was okay for me! All I was paying for was a simple service but they went the full distance and made sure the whole car was okay. In addition, they also told me about Mini 3, which for me gives me 50% off labour and 15% off of parts. It applies to all Mini's which are 3 years old or more.
