Hey i finished dechroming some of my car today so i thought i would post some pictures of it to see what people think.

so far its had the grille surround, headlight rings, tial-light rings, rear fog light, boot handle.

its also got cheq interior and exterior mirrors cheq side scuttles.

next its getting a JCW MK2 bodykit and cheq door handles :D

i actually like it :)

when it had the body kit and handles then all the chrome will finally be gone :D

get some black or anthracyte alloys and maybe a black stripe over the whole car would complete look

its getting some jcw black r105's the MK2 JCW body kit cheq handles and viper stripe all the way over :D

nice nice but what about the single stripe not vipers they look so bad

i got grille spot lights being delivered tomoro so will be putting them on 2moro.

what about the window chrome

im getting that done by mini pirate at the same time i get my stripe.

scrap the chequered stuff looks tacky replace with black, and some dark alloys and a black stripe all over would make your car look powerful

nah i like the cheq's im getting a black stripe all the way over in the end. im getting the jcw mk2 bodykit and jcw r105 wheels in black first.

why not get chequed roof to go all the way ha ha

dont want anymore apart from the door handles cz i think it will be to much.

so here is the spot lights working finally and BMW kindly wired them in for free for me :D:D:D:D

Got your Aero kit yet bud?? Really want one but i am waiting to get a job up in London and is taking some time but if i did i would definitely be selling the Mini as i don't see the need for a car up there (would have a flat in canary wharf) so i can't decide wether i should plow in the 1K as i don't feel i would get it back even if i sold soon, but changes the car SO much!!

How did you get the front and black light surrounds in black? ive been looking to do it for a while.
Also i no this probly isnt the right thread but does anyone know if i can get black door handles?

These are my car at the moment, i no its a long shot but im looking to get it looking more like the cooper s picture ive put up too!
