Hello, I have just purchased a mini cooper convertible 09 plate. I have driven most of the last few days with the roof down, however I had to revert to just the sunroof. I found there was alot of wind noise from just using the sunroof, anyone any ideas if there is such a thing as a roof wind deflector. Sorry to sound so green but this is my first mini ever!

Even on the new cabrio, the sun roof option is only for low speed driving.....never going to be quiet at high speed! (over 30mph)!

Yes there is PK5, just hold down the button to close the roof till it's closed and voila, no more wind! :P
Seriously though, I don't think there is a wind deflector for the sunroof...or even the possibility of having one...

When the sunroof is open, just lower the rear windows an inch, it makes the wind flow through the car instead of buffeting you:).
Sometimes there's a simple answer;)

I'm pretty sure there is one for the r57. There was a convertible r57 at united with one. Ring your dealer and ask ;)

I think what the OP means is a little deflector which sits on top of the windscreen. The Ford XR2 had one which automatically popped up when the sun roof was opened.
